wanted afordable studiospace in Paris…

I am looking for an afordable artstudio inside Paris, where i can work and live.
I am a painter and work in oil and acrylics- I am also a streetartist.
My dream is to live and work in Paris for some time. I can pay up to 500 a month or less.

Propositions artistiques en échange de la résidence (oeuvres, cours, ateliers, dîner, concert...) : I can do also workshops in different Genres like (screenprinting or Graffiti-Streeart...)
Description du lieu recherché (nature, urbain, autre) : Best would be a light space with high sealing on Top floor with balkony or roof access =)
Quels sont vos projets de résidence ? : I want to work on pieces for my first Soloshow. I want to learn french...
