Je m’appelle Lisa, j’ai 28 ans et je suis actuellement basée à Marseille.
Curieuse de connaître les petites histoires qui font les gens, j’ai travaillé dans le social, en France puis au Canada avant de valider un diplôme d’illustration à l’École Supérieur des Arts de Saint-Luc, en Belgique.

Mon travail s’appuie sur la force narrative des lieux et des éléments qui le compose. Pour considérer les territoires et l’expérience qu’en font les être qui les traverse -pour prendre soin de tout cela- j’invite à se raconter des histoires. Cette démarche cherche à déplacer le regard et à réinjecter du fabuleux dans le familier.
Une maison n’est jamais SEULEMENT une maison. Elle est faite d’histoires, de sons, de lumières…
Une forêt est bien plus qu’un mot générique, elle est le murmure que tout ce qui vit en elle.

My name is Lisa, I’m 28 years old and I’m living in Marseille (France)
I have a curious and investigative nature, I’m really interested in people. Before I graduate my Art studies (in Belgium) I used to work as a social worker (in France and in Canada).

Today, my work is link to the narrative power of places. For me, stories are wonderful tools to invite people to take care of the environnement around them. Creating stories on familiar places helps to keep aware, caring and feed imagination.
A house, is not only walls and a roof, it’s also made out of stories, lights, sounds.
A forest much more than a bunch of trees, it’s the whispers of all in it.

Description environment are you looking for ( nature, urban, other…) : Je suis plutôt à la recherche d'endroit calme, partout en Europe et autour du bassin méditerranéen I'm looking for a quiet place, anywhere in Europe or around mediterranean sea.
Describe your projects for a residence : Par la création d’images (dessin, aquarelle, crayons de couleur), la mise en scène d’objets transformés, je cherche à transmettre une forme d’attention particulière à ce qui nous entoure et nous construit. By creating images ( pencils, water color, inks...) or staging transformed objects, I seek to transmit a particular attention to the word around use.

Description of the type of workspace needed (office, studio, rehearsal space…) : J'ai besoin d'avoir un endroit où je peux dormir, manger, me laver, et d'un espace de travail avec une table et une chaise (du reste, je n'ai pas d'attente particulière sur la taille de celui ci, je m'adapterais) I don't have special request for the work space as long as there is a table and a seat.
