After spending half of the year on the road for my exhibtions anyhow, i decided to get rid of my stuff and try living out of my suitcase for a while. Since then I have been mostly around Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Singapur, Indonesia, China), but now I am back to Europe and am looking forward to explore new places and meet new people! My work investigates transitional states, fragmented realities and the conception of the human condition as absurd. In this context my pieces revolve around the notion of space, time, identity and the sensation of being fluid in between these parameters. This is reflected in an aesthetic of layers and sensitive imageries that always remain indefinite.

Every year i host a french-german music-holidays for kids with vmsf for two weeks. This is why im not fluent but quite okay in french. My goal this year is to find this lonelsome gap. A retreat for myself to create, maybe while being connected to other artist. Because it lifts my inspiration. It is a lifelong dream of mine to once stay for some time in France because i just feel drawn there...It would a JOY to spend it at your place.

Residency For Writing A Theatre PlayÉcriture - Berlin (Allemagne) - 14/04/2021Hello, my name is Alina, I'm 28 years old and live in Berlin, Germany. I study theatre directing and I'm also a theatre writer and an actress. I would like to write a new play this summer and because I find it hard to concentrate in a big city like Berlin, I'm searching for a quiet space in the nature. Apart from writing I would love to encounter with my hosts, talk, eat together, exchange and by that hopefully improve my french (which is on a pretty basic lever so far). Because of the pandemic I bought myself a camera a started filming because I also need a visual output and at the moment rehearsing is not possible.

Open Call: Artist-in-Science-ResidenceAutre - Darmstadt (Allemagne) - 16/02/2022Within the framework of the »Artist-in-Science- Residence« (AiSR), which will be carried out for the first time in 2022, three artist residencies will be carried out, each in cooperation with one of Darmstadt‘s leading scientific institutes. An important concern of the AiSR is to enable synergies and make them visible through an encounter of the comprehensive scientific and technical potentials within the city with the equally comprehensive and relevant cultural and artistic tradition. The AiSR is aimed at artists of all disciplines. The six-week studio residency on the Rosenhöhe in Darmstadt is linked to to cooperation with renowned Darmstadt Research institutes - the European Space Agency (ESA) / European Space Operations Centre (ESOC), the Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research (GSI) and the Hessian Center for Artificial Intelligence (hessian.AI). The scholarship holders have their own studio at Rosenhöhe and - depending on the possibilities of the cooperating institute - a workplace at the research institutions. The aims of the programme are: To provide artists with access to institutions, to promote sustainable exchange between science and art, to further develop independent artistic research, and to present and publish the projects carried out during the AiSR.

Artist-in-Science-Residence 2023Autre - Darmstadt (Allemagne) - 17/01/2023„Kultur einer Digitalstadt e.V." is once again inviting applications for three artist-in-science residencies for artists of all disciplines in January 2023. Applications can be submitted until 23.03.2023. Applications can be submitted until 23.03.2023. A total of three 6-week fellowships will be held between May and October 2023.
